Who We Are
Novi Carpet and Floors has over 25 years of experience selling and installing all kinds of flooring — carpet, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, custom vinyl flooring, laminate, and more. Our goal is to make the process of getting your floors done as easy and affordable as possible. We do this mainly through our shop-at-home service, which lets us bring our store right to your home or office. Instead of driving all over Novi looking for the right flooring store, we bring hundreds of samples right to you — and because we avoid the overhead of a large retail store, we pass those savings directly on to you.
What We Offer
From budget-friendly carpet for basements to premium hardwood for living rooms — we carry the right product at the right price, backed by 25+ years of expertise.
Thousands of carpet styles, brands, and colors — Berber, loop, plush, level cut, and more. We carry carpet for every budget, from economical basement options to premium bedroom carpet. Shaw, Kraus, Mohawk, and more.
Beautiful, long-lasting hardwood flooring in a variety of species, stains, widths, and finishes. We advise on traffic patterns, sun exposure, and location to ensure your hardwood floors look great for decades.
The look of hardwood at a fraction of the price. Laminate floors come in hundreds of colors and styles, are easy to clean, and hold up well in high-traffic areas. Great for kitchens, hallways, and family rooms.
Timeless and durable, ceramic tile is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, and basements. We carry an extensive selection of colors, sizes, and patterns to suit any design style.
Custom vinyl tile and linoleum offer excellent durability, comfort underfoot, and easy maintenance. Available in wood-look, stone-look, and geometric patterns at budget-friendly prices.
We install carpeting and flooring in dental offices, retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses, and more. Evening and weekend appointments minimize disruption to your business operations.
We specialize in area rugs and can help you select the perfect rug for your home or business. We professionally install them and provide safe non-slip padding to prevent movement.
